What You Can Provide Feedback About

You may provide feedback or make a complaint about:

  • The quality of supports or services received
  • Staff conduct or professionalism
  • Communication or service coordination
  • Safety or wellbeing concerns
  • Any experience that does not meet your expectations

Feedback can be positive or constructive — both help us improve.

How to Make a Complaint or Provide Feedback

You can raise feedback or complaints in the following ways:

  • Speaking directly with a staff member or manager
  • Contacting us by phone or email
  • Submitting feedback in writing
  • Asking a trusted person, advocate, or nominee to speak on your behalf

We can also provide support or communication assistance if required.

What Happens After You Raise a Complaint

When a complaint or concern is received, we will:

  1. Acknowledge your complaint promptly
  2. Listen carefully and respectfully
  3. Investigate the matter fairly and confidentially
  4. Keep you informed of progress
  5. Work towards a resolution as quickly as possible

We aim to resolve complaints in a timely, transparent, and person-centred manner.

Confidentiality and Fairness

All complaints and feedback are handled confidentially and without judgement. Making a complaint will not affect your access to supports or services.
